Shipping Costs:

Orders placed will be shipped within 3-5 working days (this may change during public holidays). Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a link for the Track&Trace code of your parcel. If you take advantage of a discount on the site the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product you’ve chosen, not the shipping fee.

International shipping is available, and cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed will be shipped within 3-5 working days (this may change during public holidays). Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel.
All International items are sent tracked and signed for. Once your order is on its way, we will send you a link for the Track&Trace code of your parcel. Transit time will vary depending on where your painting is sent to.
Please note all tax- and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Please note there may be a small chance that a parcel could get stuck at customs for up to 6 weeks. This is very rare, but when it happens unfortunately completely out of my control.
Return shipment:
Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them.
I accept returns within 30 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 30 days, I will be unable to make a return, so please let me know in time. I refund only after receiving your return and communication via email. Please return your print in the original packaging. If your print came in a tube, it must be returned with both end caps. If you opened the package and threw one end cap away, tape is not a replacement! If you do not have the original packaging, please go to the post office and purchase a stiff mailer or a sturdy tube, as well as postage. I will not provide a refund for artwork that is damaged in transit back to the studio due to poor packaging. I am unable to restock and sell damaged prints, so please make sure you package your print with care.
When will I receive a refund?
I will issue a refund only after receiving your returned artwork in good order (not damaged), and after having communicated with you via email. Please read return shipment conditions.
Who owns the right of the artwork?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, also when the original artwork is sold.The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
